For the purpose of Maidhunah Srushti(creation due to Male/Female relation), Brahma created 2 people, they are Swayambhumanavu, shataroopa. For them 3 female (Ahpoothi, Devahuti, Prasoothi) and 2 Male (Priyavrathudu, Uthanahpadudu) kids were born.

Utthanapadudu story:

Raja Uthhanapadudu had 2 wifes (sunithi, suruchi). They were leading their life happily. Utthanapadudu means legs up and head down (in the mothers womb we will be like that and later we change).

Sunithi means will be always telling Moral (Neethi). Usually before doing something from the inside we will get some information that if we do not this what will happen but because of Maya, avidhya, Manasu will be turning towards the Desire. Fight will be inside only it will not be anywhere else.

Sunithi had 1 son (Dhruvudu) Suruchi had 1 son (Uthhamudu).

Generally if someone gets angry then they will leave the house for some time, but they will not go and sit near God, ok they will not go and do thapasyah, ok they will not meet Narada still ok, they will not get the Darshan of the Lord still ok and if Lord is seen, instead of asking Moksham(Liberation) some small thing should not be asked, and after he leaves one should not feel bad and worry that he has left and what I have asked for?then why all such things happened?

Look at the story in this aspect then one will understand the importance of Dwadashi and listening Druvohpakyanam on Dwadashi.

So Sunithi son is Dhruvudu. The effection of Uthhanapadudu on Suruchi is more than comparison to the effection on Sunithi. Even he has respect inside to Sunithi but because of submitting himself to Suruchi, he cannot show respect to Sunithi. Uthhanapadudu submits himself to Suruchi. So Uthhanapadudu because of his submission he could not give equal space to Sunithi as compared with Suruchi.

Vyragyamu, Gynanamu cannot come together and cannot be achieved so easily for that one should be continuously listening to the Stories of God and in this continuous process one day God’s grace will come automatically. Vyraghyam shall not come as drop by drop it will come as flood.

One day a miracle happened, what is that miracle?

In the palace Uthhanapadudu was sitting and Suruchi was next to him and sunthi was not there since she is kept away. And uthhamudu was sitting on the lap of Uthhanapadudu and generally the kids would like to sit on the lap of the father. Because of it is common tendency and the kid would feel as if he achieved a big thrown by sitting on the lap of the father. And for a male that biggest treasure is "Putra gatra parishwangamu -- means hugging his son with lot of love as his son is his format".

So Utthamudu was sitting on his lap and this was observed by the Dhruvah and he came running and asked that he want to sit on the lap. Uthhanapadudu did not allow him since it does not mean he does not have love on Dhruvu but as he is submitted to Suruchi and Suruchi will not allow that happen since she do not want the equal space to be given to Utthamudu and Dhruvah.

Uthhanapadudu did not speak anything and pushed Dhruvah aside, and he started observing the suruchi. When Sunithi came to know about the situation, she did not speak anything if she would have spoken then Uthhanapadudu would have put him on his lap and this story would not have entered Bhagavatham.

So for something to happen an instance is required. Suruchi said that, if you want to sit on fathers lap then you should have born in my womb but you do not have the fortune as you have born in the womb of sunithi. Look how partially suruchi is speaking. Look at the difference between the suruchi and sunithi.

Suruchi is insulting sunithi not Dhruvah and is this the way Suruchi should speak with a boy and will it be be understood by the boy whose age is 5. Boy did not understood anything and Uthhanapadudu was silent. Suruchi said that, you should be fortunate to be born in my womb. If you really want to sit then what you should do you know? You should ask the Lord (the person who did not submit himself to the organs) and get his blessing, then you will born in my womb and like that uthhamudu has born thats why he is sitting on the fathers lap. You did not had the compassion of SreemanNaryana that’s why you were born in the womb of Sunithi. But the fact is because of Lord SreemanNarayan blessing Dhuruvah has born in the womb of sunithi and uthamudu born for suruchi. So suruchi is telling the opposite. Suruchi said that Druhuvah did not had the SreemanNarayana’s Grace. By listening all these the boy understood slightly and did not understand something. Because of his inability to express that he did not had the SreemanNarayana grace, he was crying and left from there and moved to sunithi. Looking at the situation of Druvah, Sunithi asked why are you crying? Boy could not express that he did not had the Grace of SreemanNarayana. Then she started looking around. People around that palace who have heard the words of Suruchi have told what happened and the words spoken by Suruchi?

Sunithi cried and felt bad. And she said that, you are crying today and you are unhappy because of not mother suruchi it is because of your sin which had been committed in you early life’s. And if you say something to mother Suruchi then again you will be pushed into the sins, so it is fault to insult others and this is all happening because of your sins.

Look at the words spoken by Sunithi and Suruchi which shall show the difference between the Suruchi and Sunithi.

The kid’s behavior will be impacted by the Parents and their way of speech. 90% of behavior is impacted by Parents. If parents speak good and behave good then Kids will also do the same. If parents does not do good then who can the same be expected from kids.

Sunithi said that, I am facing such situation because of some sin I have done in my early life and because of doing so today you are also facing the same. It is all because I am being unfortunate and it is even chasing and nothing is due to others. Sunithi did not blame anyone instead she blamed herself.

Look at the information revealed by the situation, Uthhanapadudu weakness (balahenatha), Suruchi's proudness, Sunithi's character, and the new feeling that is going to generate in the heart of Dhruvah is going to be revealed.

Sunithi said that, Dhruvah if you really want to sit on the lap of the father then your father’s heart has to be changed and that change can be brought by only one and do you know him? He is none other than the Lord SreemanNarayana. And this is not possible by you and this is possible only on grace of the lord. So will you be able to get his grace and instead of crying get the grace of SreemanNarayana.

You grandfather was Swayambhumanavu who is a great person. And the lord in the form of YagnaVarahavtharam have given the complete Earth to him. He had cried for Lord but he did not cry for any treasure or anything? And finally your grandfather was able to reach the lord. So can you cry for the Lord? If so go and cry for SreemanNarayana in the forest and get the grace of SreemanNarayana.

Druvah told that ok Mother I will go and get the grace of SreemanNarayana and he started to move to the forest. And Sunithi did not stop him. In this situation Narada came because he has never seen such a mother and the son. He was stunned by the situation.

Generally some portion of the kid’s behaviour is also impacted by Guru. So look know how Narada speaks, Narada asked where are you going Druvah? Druvah was angry till know he was crying and he said that he wanted to go to forest and wanted to do thapasyah for SreemnaNarayana. Then Narada asked why you want to do? and Narada was happy to look at such a kid and he has put his hand on his head and blessed him that this thought will be there with you always.

Narada said that you are going to derive a new story and blessed him. Druvah told that I will ask a big post from him. Look at the childish behavior. What is the big post? I do not know, what is the big post. Lord knows what to give, first let me see him and my mother told that only SreemanNarayan alone can change the heart of my father. Lord will come and bless me and give me a big post. Look at the confidence of the boy on the Lord. Boy said that I will come back with the big post and my mother father will be very happy that as I can get a big post. Narada smiled at the boy and said ok so you are going for Narayana and there are lot of people who went in the search for Narayana and do you know who those people are. They are the one who have won the sense organs and went and sat for Tapasyah and stood on the thumb finger and still they could not get the darshan of SreemanNarayana. You being a kid, you will not be able to sustain so I will preach you one rule (sutram) and if you follow that rule then your Manasu (Mind) will be constant. That sutram is, Happiness and Unhappiness are the 2 things associated with Manasu. If Manasu like it then it will be happiness and if it does not like it then it is unhappiness. Know I will tell you 3 things:

> If others vibhuthi is seen more than you then be happy and respect them

> If equal then be happy that you are on equality and do freindship with them

> If less than you then show compassion on them and pray to god that these people also should come up.

Look at the words spoken by Narada. Did he encourage him / discourage him.

Boy told that, I am being the Kshatriyah the words I have listened are hard for me and I have  (pourusham) so I have decided whether I will be able to see him or not whether I can get his blessing or not? and I will go and do thapasyah. Actually Boy does not know what is Tapasyah and how to do it.

But Narada has looked at the concentration (Pattudala) of the boy and identified it. That is called Guru. Guru will show the direction for that pattudala. Now Narada told that, ok go but where to go? He directed him to go the Forest that is on the bank of river Yamuna and the name of the forest is "madhuvanam" and it a holy place. First take bath then sit in a particular way and first control the Manasu. Till know it is on anger on mother Suruchi, know turn it to the direction of the Lord. First keep the idol of the lord in a neat place and whatever you get a leaf or a fruit and especially Tulasi and submit it to the Lord and take slight amount of food, do not speak with anyone. Day and night always think of the Lord. When you are performing the Dhayan, your feeling should be towatds the Lord not on other things. For doing so, you should know how lord would be? I will tell you how he would be as I am frequent visitor of him. Boy has got Guru who can tell the direction. Boy was enthusiastic and asking please tell me how he will be?

Narada said, Lord Looks like a young person with a small smile on his face and the teeth is seen slightly, wearing the vanamala around his neck and with a good crown, and ear rings, nice kousthubham (precious peral) on his neck and with 4 hands holding chakram in his right hand and shankam in the left hand. One hand holding Gadha(weapon), one hand holding padmamu(Lotus). Nice silk clothes and shining always. The moment you see, you will feel happy.

And should not been in a sick mood, that how many times I should see the same. Instead make a continuous process of it and visualize it happily and finally you will even forget your food. And in order to uplift your body take some food very rarely. If you see him like that then you can see SreemanNarayana. Boy replied definitely that I will follow as taught by you and I will visualize him in the described way.

Boy left and saw the Yamuna River and took bath and followed as directed by Narada. And he was very enthusiastic and was very eager to meet the lord. In the first month, he use to take fruits for every 3 days (velaga pandu, regu pandu). From the second month onwards for every 6 days he use to take some leafs and grass as his food. In the 3rd month for every 9 days he use to drink some water. In the 4th month he use to take a breath for a 12 days. He did it with his practice. 5th month he use to stand on the thumb finger of the leg. Very rarely he use to exchange standing on the thumb finger. Because of his Nistha, Earth itself started bending, it is like a see-saw because of his Tapas-shakthi. Like this, he was doing with concentration and he does not know what is happening outside. By looking at the situation of earth, all devatas went to Vaikuntham, and prayed for Vishnu. Since they were unable to tolerate the Tapasuh of the boy. No one has done tappasuh like this and being a boy it is very hard to find his desire. Assuming that if he is targetting the post if Indra then Indra can disturb the Tapasyah. But he wants a big post and even Indra does not know what that big post is? The boy what to see you and you will only give him. What is all this and we are unable to understand the situation. So please go once and see him and because of this Earth is also shaking.

Lord has smiled once and said who is that boy and he went to see along with Lakshmi. He started happily to see. Dhruvah has seen the Lord. Such kind of Darshan was not given to anyone. Druvah was observing and the Lord was looking in the same way as described by Narada and with more brightness. And the boy was keep on observing from top to bottom. Boy did not even perform any prayer (stothram) for Lord as the Boy does not have knowledge about it.

Lord smiled and decided that he will only teach the stotrams for him, otherwise tomorrow someone will say that when Lord is seen then he did not even perform stotram. Lord has come 4 steps forward and put this Shankam on the head of the Druvah. Shankam is the collection of all Vedas, upanishads and all the great and sacred knowledge. Look at the fortune of Druvah a small boy of age 5 years and has achieved this in just a spawn of 5 months. This has happened on Dwadashi. That’s why if one listens to this epic on Dwadashi then one will lose their agnanamu and will attain great knowledge. The moment Shankam touched the boys head boy started performing Sthotram. Boy said that now I know who you are? You are the one who is everything and you will always be there. And you have come here to show your compassion on me. I request only one thing that every time every moment I should always be rejoicing on your thoughts, my mind should be always happy in your thoughts and my assocaition should be with the people who always speaks about you. What I want is that, always my mind should always enjoy your hood and even in my last breath also I should be in the same mood and should not fear for the death. Lot of people are getting into your heart and please help me in getting my association with those people who got the space in your heart. Lord was very happy with the behavior of Druvah. Lord said that, you without any knowledge of the big post, you have done thapasayah and I am the only one who knows about that big post and that will not be given to anyone. But you being a boy and the way you did the Tapasyah made me happy, and I will grant you that post. 

Do you know what is that post?

on what basis Dharmamu, Agni, Kashyapudu, Saptharshulu, Kalamu,Nakshatra Mandalamu, Ruthuvulu, Suryachandradhi Grahamulu, eeh Brahmandamlu, shall run like a gaint-wheel, I will make them to take you as the basis for them and make them round you which is the formation of the a new world called Dhruvahmandalm.

You will be the basis for their rotation of this gaint wheel. Such a big post I am going to give you. This is the compassion of God. One does not know what to ask, the lord knows what to give and protect so do not ask anything.

Lord SreemanNarayana said that this post will be allotted to you after some time not know. Now go to home. I am telling you the fortune know itself. In future, your brother will die, your step-mother will die, you will become the King and after several years you will come for tapasyah and then I will assign you the post and allot some space to you in my heart. And this is going to be your last life.

After telling this Lord has vanished. Druvah has put sad face and thought after doing this much this is what he got? And he left to home. Look at the miracle? Why Druvah was unhappy because, when he started his thought was to get a big post and when he have seen the lord he should have asked for the Mokshamu, and he did not ask anything instead he was asking big post and have to stay in Dhruvahmandamalu for some time instead would have been happy if got Mokshamu. Thats why, Dhruvah was unhappy. Means the moment the Shankam of the Lord touches the head, one will get the reliefs (Mukthi) from the wishes and will not have any other wish.

Narada went to Uttanapadudu, and Suruchi was not next to him. Uttanapadudu, told that the boy is small and he did not ask anything, apart from sitting on the lap and that is not a big wish but because of his submission to Suruchi he did not fulfill his wish and boy has left to forest. What a small boy can do in the forest? I am feeling bad that, being a father I have behaved so cruelly with small boy and this feeling is burning in my heart and hurled a lot. He did not say that he left Suruchi, but he was feeling grievance for his son. Narada told that listen to the good news first, and said that your son has achieved what he want. And you are worried for him. Meanwhile, the news came that Druvah was arriving to the palace.

Uttanapadudu was very happy that he got his son live not that he got lot of wishes. And Uttanapadudu, bent his son and kissed him on the forehead and hugged him and was crying in tears and blessed him and he was very happy for being his father.

Dhruvah has bent and prayed to the feet of his father. And everyone asked Uttanapadudu to make Druvah as the king and for that Uthamudu also agreed. Meanwhile, Suruchi and Sunithi have come. And Dhruvah has bent and prayed to their feet. Druvah was made as the king. 

Again Miracle happened, one day Uthamudu was driving towards Himalayas and lost his life, and Suruchi was travelling in forest and the moment she heard about this news, there was a small fire and in that fire she lost her life.  

After sometime, Dhruvah was married to the daughter of one Prajapati named shishumarudu. Her name is Brahmi. They have given birth to 2 kids named Vatsara and  Kalpa.

Druvah married to another girl who is the daughter of Vayudeva named ila. They gave birth to 1 male kid uthkala.This is all representing the post which he is going to get.

Vatsara -- means year boundary for a year

Kalpa --means year boundary for a yuga

These 2 boundaries are the kids of Dhruvah which are inventing the post which he is going to attain.  

Druvah heard that, his brother was killed in the hands of a Yaksha and he got angry and went to kill him. His vehicle is a magical vehicle which always will turn into different colours. And started a war and killed lot of Yakshas. He was about to fire an Arrow (that is powerful NaraNarayanaMantram). At that time, he saw swayambhumanamu his grandfather. And said one thing, that one who does a great tapasyah also face problem and the direction for that problem is caused by "Unnecessary Anger". You did lot of thapasyah and you got the darshan of the lord and you know lot of things and your brother was killed in the hands of a Yaksha and the birth and death are according to the Good and bad performed and is according to the Lord. And if you would have killed that yaksha it is a secondary thing, but you are killing the complete Yakshas. Yakshas will worship Kubera and Kubera worships Lord Shiva. If this news goes to Kubera and from there it goes to Lord Shiva then calculate the effect of the problem. If the anger is a meaningless anger than it will be the first one to push you into the downfall. And what you are going to attain and what are you doing? Stop everything and go away from here. This type of things are not done in our family and I was happy when you attained the darshan of the lord and know you are not supposed to kill many for one! So stop and leave. One special Characteristic Dhruvah is listening to the elderly people.

The moment he heard these from his Grandfather he stopped everything, dropped his anger and started to drive to his home. Meanwhile Kubera heard this news, and came to Druvah and appreciated him for listening to his Grandfather and withdrawn Nara narayana weapon and the way he controlled the anger and people told how angry you were when you started the war. So I am happy with you and ask me for a wish and shall be granted. Druvah asked that sometime I am getting unnecessary thing which is making me to stay away from the lord. So please grant me a wish that my Bhakthi should always be on the Lord and it should never get away from the thoughts of the Lord. Kubera was happy and immediately granted the wish.

Finally Dhruvah has become old and made his son as the king and left to Badarika Ashramamu and did Thapasyah. When doing Tapasyah, one miracle happened. One Airplane came and landed on that mountain, and 2 people came infront of hiom from that airplane who are in the form of Lord Narayana which he has seen in his childhood has come walking and Dhruvah did Namaskar for them and asked why you are here? They reminded him about the post which he was blessed when was at the age of 5. So the time has come and we are the representative of the Lord who came to take you. Meanwhile, death was standing there behind the mountain and was stunned by looking at the situation on Dhruvah and death bent in front of Druvah and bowed to him and Druvah has left his body on his own and death did not even touh him. How did he leave his body?

He has put the feet on the head of the death and entered in to the Airplane.

Is it attainable by anyone? He left his body on his own. Know that plane started flying and crossing all the lokas (Universes). He was stunned by looking at all the lokas. And he thought once that, all these people are going through many of these process and just doing Thapasyah for 5 months, he have been allotted this position and was thinking what a big post means and  know understood what is meant by Big post. What a fortune I have got. And the reason behind this fortune is "my mother". If on that day my mother would not have directed me then I would not have attained such a big post. My mother’s word has made me to achieve this and thought where she is? This was observed by the representatives of Lord and they told that since you mother told it, you have made your life successful and because of it she is in the plane that is going in front of us and this is the order from the Lord. Look outside you will be able to see and she will reach the Lord before us. Actually Sunithi was moving in that plane.

Dhruvah after sometime reached the Lord. Such a great epic is Druvohpakyanamu.

Moral: If mouth is given for talking, one should not misuse and especially in the case of Good people who are Bhagavathas. The moment the Bhagavathas are hurted and their tears touch the ground that sin will kill you and it will be carry forwarded and will cause more problems. So be careful while talking and do not misbehave.

Dhruvah means which does not move and the entire universes will move by taking him as basis i.e., moving things are running based on non-moving thing. This complete story demonstrates the compassion of the Lord and the behavior of the kid, characteristics of Parents, Guru.
