happiness in the House.
Swayambhumanau had 2 sons
(Uthanapadudu, Priyavrathudu) and 3 daughters. Lets look about Priyavrathudu
know. Priyavrathudu by birth was a maha bhaktha. How can one become maha
bhaktha by birth? This can happen due to some smaskara balam (energy resulted
from a respectful behaviour).
Getting Bhakthi in older age is
because of fear or something else but getting Bhakthi in younger age is a great
Luck and it is some old life Punyabalam (energy resulted from doing good works).
If it comes in the childhood then there is a strong reason for it.
Priyavrathudu is son of
Swayambhumanavu, and got VairgyaSampathi (Treasure that means to achieve
moksha). And he got Narada Maharshi as Guru. Narada kept him inside a cave near
to "Gandhamadana" mountain and use to preach him the Gyanam (knowledge). One day
Swayambhumanavu went to Priyavrathudu and asked him that he wanted to make
Priyavrathudu as the king as he is exhausted with all the Bhogas and Bhagyams
(allowances and happiness) and he wanted to go to Tapasyah.
Priyavrathudu said that, "I
know one thing that, the relation with the nature is dangerous and don’t push
me into the pit of relation, the moment i enter the palace and start ruling i
will push my self into the pit and will not be able to come out of it, hence i
do not need the kingdom, i will be like this and shall enjoy the name of the
god and finally reach the god". The moment he said this, Brahma came onto
the earth.
Actually, Brahma created the swayambhumanavu
and his generation for the creation, know Priyavrathudu is saying that he do
not want this way and would like to reach the god by Tapasyah. If Brahma is
silent now, then this will become as a rule for the entire universe. And Gruhasthsramamu
(Marital Life) will become an issue. And there will not be a meaning for the
Gruhasthshramau. So know there should be a meaning for it that’s why, Brahma
came here.
Brahma said that, Priyavratha you
are taking the decision on your own that, you do no want to enter the Gruhasthshramamu (Marital Life), but think
one thing that there is something called "Vedamu (Veda)", and who told Vedamu? Vedamu means order from the
lord and it is not written by someone. When Rushis were in Taposamadhi (meditation in deep sleep state), they heard the sound
of the Lord in a swaram (way of sound), they did not write it, and instead they
preached their students with same sound and swaramu. The students have locked
it so that the mistakes would not occur. Thats why "Gana and Jata "
have come. The difference between Shlokas and Padyas is padyas does not have
Gana and Jata. Gana and Jata are for Vedas only.
Do you know that, for you, me and
for entire universe is there any order for us or rule that this is the one?
Yes, it is. This is what Brahma is saying. If anything is done then the
order/rule/reference is Veda. If the decision is taken by someone without
taking the Veda as reference, then they are called as "Nasthikudu".
Nasthikudu means who says that there is no god, Nasthikudu is the one who says that
Vedam is not the reference. That’s why if vedam/veda panditudu (master of
Vedas) is seen then immediately one should getup and do namaskar (respect) for them,
since they are like the face of Chaturmukha Brahma.
For human to get the Hari padamu
(feet of the SreeHari), there is a problem and that problem can be overcome by
Bhakthi/VyragyaSampadha. If one can use these tools then it will become energy
and help in making the life fruitful.
Take the example of Ajameeyudu,
by seeing a situation with eye his life is spoiled, and just by saying mantramu
with mouth his life have become fuitful. So one Sense organ is Spoiling while
the other is making the betterment, it shows how to use them. If used for bad,
it will spoil it and if used for good it will be for betterment. Spoiling is
not because of sense organ, it depends on how you use them.
Why sense organs are given?
Justlike in summer one cannot
face hot and in rainy season the rains, so we opt for a house to stay. Similarly
there are bhogas outside and their will be a desire in the heart to enjoy that
Bhogam and if one controls the sense organ, it will be having a feeling inside
that the desire has to be enjoyed. If not allowed, then it will create problem
and dangers. Example of 2 boys
grown with different environment.
Generally, Raja resides in big
fort why can’t he have only one room? The enemies will not come in one number
they will be coming as many, that’s why he is in a big fort. Like that Lord has
given the sense organs to enjoy but said one word Vedamu. Lord said that, if
you want to eat, eat happily but there should be a meaning for it. Example of,
breaking a stick 8 ft into 4 peices how many times we break (3 times only)? If
one does not allow sense organs properly to enjoy ethically, than it will cause
lot of danger. Before doing anything, think that is is because of the Gods grace,
example, today what i am eating is because of Gods grace. After few days, than
question that this enjoyment is a fact? If it is real than it will always gives
enjoyment only. If it is not than it will give problem.
For example, if you eat little
bit it is ok, but if eaten more, then we feel problematic. So is this a
happiness or not?
This is just a feeling of Manasu (Mind). So keep practising the
questioning, on one day one will realize that, the things are for unhappinesss
only not for happiness. The moment this is achieved, Vyragyam will come, the
moment vyragyam comes the sense organs will not oppose. This is learnt by
practice. Know it will be understood that, by looking at God with these eyes, eyes
will not feel tired, by doing Gods pooja, hands will not feel tired, and mouth
will not feel tired by saying the names of the god. Following like this one
will attain knowledge, what thing one should posses? That is what is knowing
the truth.
Truth is the one which never
changes, Dharmamu means changing thing. So one has to hold the changing thing
to enter the non-changing thing.
Why Dharmamu changes, since when
one prays to God, means executing a dharma of devotee, one sees the kid than
executes dharma of father, when sees wife, executes Dharma of husband. So
Dharmamu changes, so if one follows changing Dharma than the unchanged Truth
will be visualised. Truth is the Lord, So Lord will be known. In order to do it
Priyavratha, you have to be in Gruhasthshramamu. So execute the Gruhasthshramamu.
So if Gruhasthshramamu is done
will it be a sin? But there are people who have got their life succedded
wihtout executing this area? For everything ther would be certain exceptions.
For example, if some fuse is lost
in house, you can fix it. But if the fuse is lost at Transformer, you cannot go
and fix it, it has to be fixed by the linemen employed by Electricity board. Do
not question that it is same fuse? The knowledge which linemen has got is not
there with you. And without such knowledge and goes for fixing than catastropic
error occurs. Example of kernel mode and User mode for engineers.
Priyavrathudu said that i will
definitely follow your word and take up Gruhasthsramamu. So when elderly people
are coming and saying than following it is called Dharmamu and the one who
respects it and follows it will make the life better and the one who does not
follow the elders shall spoil the life.
Priyavrathudu listened to Brahma
and married the daughter of Vishwa Karma (he is the one format of Vishnu)
example of duck (which filters), human (how instestines are made, how easily it
digests), mothers womb (saving a baby for 9 months safely) to say why
VishwaKarma is called Vishnu.
Her name is Barhishmathi, and Priyavrathudu
and Barhishmathi gave birth to 11 kids. They are Agneedrudu, igmajihvah,
Yagnabahuvu, Mahaveera, Hiranyareta, Vruthaprushta, Savana, Medhathithi,
Vithihotra, Kavi sons and Urjasvathi named one daughter.
Priyavrathudu married his
daughter Urjaswathi to Maharshi ShukraCharya, who is a great Guru. The daughter
of Shukracharya and Urjaswathi is Devayani.
Priyavrathudu did all the things
and finally said that it is Gods grace, he linked everything with Gods grace
and before doing anything he felt the God. Being in Gruhasthshramau, Priyavrathudu
made his life succeded. Because of following the Brahma's word and made
Gruhasthshramau a success, he was like a person with lot of light in him, he
was shinining like a Sun.
One day he felt a magical wish (chitramina
Korika), he wanted to make Earth free of darkness for 7 days (means there
should not be any darkness seen). For
that, he decided to be in East when Sun is in west and when Sun is in East, he
wanted to be in West, so that there is no darkness. He want to move like Sun
with Same speed, same energy without any tiredness for 7 days of the week. Than
there will not be any darkness. He wanted to show that being in
Gruhasthshramamu one can attain the position of Aparsurya. He got into his
Vehicle, the moment Sun sets, he went to that side and there was no darkness on
the Meru Parvathamu and the universe. Similarly when Sun is on other side he
went to opposite side and there was no darkness on the other side. Because of
doing thisfor 7 days, his moving vehicle have created marks and these marks are
7 oceans (salt-water, sugarcane juice, wine, ghee, curd, milk and water), 7
islands ( Jambudvipa, Plaksadvipa, Salmalidvipa, Kusadvipa, Krouncadvipa, Sakadvipa, and Pushkaradvipa).
After doing this, he felt
whatever i have done is enough in this family life and whatever i have enjoyed
till know is enough and decided that the happiness are not permannent and what
is the reason behind the happiness is the Truth. So he decided to move towards
the truth. He made his elder son as King and left to forest. When he was
leaving to forest he gave one look at his wife. The look is like watching a
dead body. Than he moved to forest and did thapasyah and attained Mokshamu.
Such a great person is
Priyavrathudu and is the same expected from his son? Can a son become as a
follower/owner of the devontinal treasure of father? Dont know, which will be
inaugrated know:
Agneedrudu is the elder son and
he has become the king and started ruling and he was getting ready for
marriage. In order to get a suitable wife, he sat near the Meru Mountain and
did Tapasyah for Brahma. Brahma identified the abilities and disabilites of Agneedrudu
and sent an Apsarasa named "Purvachitthi". Puravachithi means
(sukhamunu sukhamugane thaluchukonuta, thinking the feeling of happiness)
Pruvah (old) + Chiti (joy). When
Purvachiti is their then their will not be Mokshamu.
This is the knowledge given by
Vysa to us called as "Self Judgement".One is thinking about the joy
which has been felt and dying in thinking that Joy only but it is not getting
diverted to God and thinking that this is not the joy there is something else
and this Joy is not rotating towards the God and always thinking and feeling
bad in the thoughts of the Joy which has been enjoyed earliar and bending
towards Purvachiti.
Agneedrudu was doing tapasyah for
Brahma wishing for a suitable wife, but Brahma did not come and say that this
shall be a suitable girl and Agneedrudu character is wherever he sees the Joy
his manasu will be kept there. Actually he is suppose to wait till Brahma comes
and says (like Narayana came and said about the devahuti to
KardhamaPrajapathi). Like that Agneedrudu shall wait for Brahma to come and
say. But the moment Purvachiti arrived, he heard the sound of her legs and
stopped the Tapasyah and started describing about the Purvachithi and started
fluttering and Purvachitti submitted herself to him.
They both were happily living for
years and 9 children were born to them (Nabhi, Kimpurushudu, Harivarsha,
Ilavrita, Ramyaka, Hiranmaya, Kuru, Bhadrashva and Ketumala). These kids
are strong in their physique, they got the energy from Purvachiti since
Agneedrudu energy was in Purvachiti so Purvachiti energy was in the kids. Agneedrudu
has always thinking about the Joy, because of which Purvachiti has become
energitic, but being a son of Privrathudu, Agneedrudu never thought that this
Joy is not permanent and there is something else, than Purvachiti would have been
wekaer, as Agneedrudu did not do so
Purvachiti is stronger. Finally, Purvachiti left to her place after some
time.
What is the Treasure that
Agneedrudu got from Priyavrathudu?
Agneedrudu finally did Yagas and
Yagnas. He did them not for Moksha, or for Gods Darshan. He did it for reaching
the Purvachiti. So what did he attained? He attained the lokha of
Purvachiti.
What is the difference between
the Priyavrathudu and Agneedrudu?
> Priyavrathudu Questioned
himself, so finally attained Moksha
> Agneedrudu did not, so finally
attained Purvachiti loka and he being son of such a great person and having
such a good name.
Agneedrudu elder son Nabhi,
married to a lady Merudevi and did Yagnas for getting children. Agneedrudu did
tapasyah and got children, and Nabhi did Yagnas to get children. There is a
small difference, one did Yagna and other did Tapasyah.
Yagna means Lord Sreeman Narayana
format only and if did in a right way he can grant anything which is wished
for. For example, if new house is constructed and lot of fitting are there but
the electric supply is not there than nothing will work. So Sreeman Narayana is
like the power by using which anything can run.
The kingdom in which Nabhi is
ruling was AjaNabhamu as it was ruled by Nabhi. Because of performing Yagna,
SreemanNarayana was happy and gave his darshan in Yagna, so the ruthviks stood
up and respected the God and Nabhi also stood and respected the God. And said
that, Hey God you are the creator, destroyer, Generator, so everything is you
and if there is something to describe you than it only has come from you only
so there is nothing for me to describe you for that i will say one word "Namoh
Namah" (means Namaskar).
Then Nabhi said that swamy if i
ask about the wish you will laugh, but still i will ask. When Sreeman Narayana
has come instead of asking Mokshamu he asked for a son. It is as good as a
beggar asking a rich person and begging for his darshan and asking a single
paise.Than he is called as fool. But why still Nabhi asked, because he had a
great respect for Gurhasthshramamu and he wanted to get freed from Pitrurunamau
and expected a son who will uplift his name. That’s why, he asked for a son. He
said that, Hey God if anyone offers anything even a leaf with great Bhakthi,
you will submit yourself such a great compassionate person you are, so i wanted
a son who is like you.
The Ruthvikas, said that the Lord
can give anything and Munis said "Thadasthu". Now Narayana, said that,
I shall grant you the wish because you did the Yagna with Great Bhakthi or
because the Ruthviks said "Thadasthu".
Why such power for ruthviks for
saying "Thadasthu" because Narayana will never cross the word of
Brahmanas because they are the people who keep the Vedam alive.
Narayana says that, it is good to
hear from Nabhi and also Ruthviks saying "Thadasthu", actually there
is no equivalent person who is like me and because of you said and he asked
then choice for me is i have to take birth. So look at the submission of God
for Bhakthi and word of Brhamana. Narayana said that, i will enter into Nabhi
as light when he will eat then it will get digested and then trough that energy
i will reach into Merudevi and i will be there in her womb for 9 months and
than come out as son of Nabhi/MeeruDevi. Is it all needed for God? But because
of Bhakthi God submitted himself as there is no equivalent for him so he has to
come and he has taken the decision of coming as son of Nabhi. Such a great
compassion of God will be shown if done with Bhakthi.
Nabhi was very happy and Merudevi
was pregnant after sometime and delivered a baby boy. The name was given to boy
is "Vrushabudu". He was so fair in colour. Actually, the wish was
granted by Lord SreemanNarayana who is black in colour but he came as fair in
colour. Why this change? Through this is something going to be demonstrated.
All colours will come from white
and finally get mixed in white. Similarly everything is derived from the God
and finally gets mixed in him.
Vrushabudu was not doing any
external pooja, he was doing it from inside, for not doing external pooja,
Indra got angry and he did not allow rainfall in the kingdom and Nabhi was
concerned and came to Vrushabudu and said that there is no rainfall so it could
lead for a drought. Then Vrushabudu smiled and with his energy he created he
rainfall. Because of which there was greenary everywhere and Nabhi is very
happy and Nabhi made Vrushabudu was made king and Nabhi left for tapasyah and
finally reached the Lord.
Why Nabhi went for Tapasyah even
lord itself is in his house? Since Nabhi knows that the Lord has to be
visualized through Manasu so he left for tapasyah. Vrushabudu ruled the kingdom
and than married and gave birth to children and finally he went for tapasyah.
But before going to tapasyah he called his children and said that "Human
is facing hell lot of problems because of his desires, but not because of
anything else. Desire will create darkness inside and makes one to submit.If
the desire is valid (Dharmamu) than it is ok otherwise it will spoil the life
since this desire will make the person to derail from the path of God there by
leadin to the spoiling of Life. So the moment desire arise first question is
this required and valid? If it is needed and valid than it can be done. The
remedy for this is
> Do dhyanamu or Tapasyah
> Association with Good people
and improve the relationship with them and leave that it is "Iam",
and start looking God in everything. So please follow and rule the kingdom
properly.
He then left for Tapasyah and
these are the last words spoken by Vrushabudu with his family and after that he
did not even speak anything and there was no need for him to speak"
Vrushabudu one day left naked
from palace and he does not know where he is going, and he did not take bath
and started moving like that. People were thinking that he has become mad and
they started throwing stones at him. But
he smiled and left from there and finally he decided that lets stop moving and
planned to do a vratham. That Vratham is Ajagarambu vrathamu Ajagaramu means
kondachiluvah. Like that Vrushabudu has fallen in a place and stood still with
a smile. He will not move from there. Somepeole use to throw stones at him,
some one use to scold but still he smiles, Someone use to give a banana, he use
to eat that, he use to do the excretion there only, and from that excretion 10
miles good smell. He attained such a powerful yoga, and all sidhas came and
bent infront of it and asked to accept them but he denied and said that he is
soul and he will finally mix in the lord and asked Sidhas to leave from there.
He walked in the forest and
suddenly there was a fire in the forest and he did not worry about that fire
and was smiling, and his body was burnt in the fire and his soul mixed in the
lord. The way the Vrushanudu has left his body was known by a king named Arahan
who was ruling the area near the forest. He ordered everyone to stop everything
and asked to be like Vrushabudu and everyone started doing the same. They have
become naked, no pooja, roaming like mad, not taking bath, no temple visit, no
yagna/yaga. Everyone started doing the same.
Vyasa told that this is a big
sin. Since one cannot imitate the Gynani and Agynani. Doing karma and Bhakthi
will make one as Gynani than one will automatically become Gyani. SImilarly one
should not imitate Agyani which will not allow to do any activity. But
MahaGyani should be respected and prayed.
Vrushaba son was Bharathudu.
Bharathadu married to daughter of Viswaroopudu named panchajani and gave birth
to 5 kids, Sumathi, Rastravrudhudu, Sudharshanudu, Ahvanudu, Dhoomraketuvu. That’s
why Bharathakandamu (Bharathadeshamu) as it was ruled very nicely by
Bharathudu. Such a great person he is. One day he felt that how many days shall
i rule the kingdom? So he decided to go to Pulaha Ashramamu near the Gandaki River
and there lot of slagramas found so i will perform the Tapasu and there will
not be any sign of human beings in that place.
One day he went and took bath
near the bank of the river and was performing Dhynamu and a miracle happened,
one pregnant deer came to that place runningly, because one lion was shouting
and in that fear it has jumoed into the river and gave birth to a baby deer and
was dead. He saw the baby deer and jumped and saved. He use to feed the baby
and always thinking about it. He developed lot of relation ship with the deer.
In the meanwhile, he forgot tapasyah and stooped it and started playing with
the deer. Actually, what he came for and what he is doing? He left everyone and
decided to go to a place where no one is there and intended for tapasyah, but
he satrted playing with the deer. So look at the game.
Finally the time has come for
Bharatas death, and he was crying by looking at the deer and feeling that what
will happen to it? And he left his breathe in thinking of that deer only. So he
got another life as Deer. He felt that once upon a time he was great king and
because of relation with deer in his last days he has to take birth of deer and
lost what he is in inteded for so he decided that he will not talk to anyone
and always use to eat dry grass, not the green grass as it contain some
micro-organisms. He never use to get mix in herd and finally reached the
PulahaAshramamu.
Started performing the Narayana
smarana and left the body. But did not get the mokshamu since to achieve it has
to take the Human format.
Again he took birth as a son of
BrahmaGyani named Angirasudu, aftersometime, Upaniyanamu was done. He felt
that, already i have done some mistakes in my earliear life so this time i
should be careful. So he decided that he will not do things properly and be in
invisble mode so that no one cna indentify him and he can concentrate on the
Lord. If father asks something he use to do last thing first and first thing
last. Father use to be concerned, and use to explain. He use to smile, and keep
quiet. In the meanwhile he lost his parents, and his brothers told that this
fellow does not know anything so make him to work in the field and other
activities. If they feed good food he use to accept that and eat happily
without any joy, sometimes they use to give him burntout food, still he use to
take it and eat happily. There is no difference for him and use to see all
things as God and use to enjoy in that.
One day his brother told that,
there is a bed in the field, so and sit on it and take care of the field. He
was feeling that in everything there is God and everyhting is God. Some people
came there and they tied him since someone told that if a person is given as
Bali to Kalika devi than good children will be born. So they tied him and took
to the temple, they have feeded him and then asked him to bent for killing, he
bent Meanwhile Kalika Devi has come and she killed the people who have come
there since he is a person who sees everything as God and you are killing such
a god person. But looking at Kalika devi, he did one namaskaram and came back
to him as he was feeling everything as God. Look at the change.
While coming back a raja whose
name is rahuganudu and he was going to Kapila maharshi for some learning, but
still he had proud feeling in his mind. He was taken in a pallaki, so one
lifter got tired and Raja ordered him to carry the weight. He is a tall person,
but he was enjoying the lifting. Raja was sitting inside the Pallaki and he was
getting hurt becauese this person was happily thinkging about the God and
lifting it but in this process the Pallaki was shaking and Raja is getting hurt
and got Hungry. Raja did not know that he is a brahma Gyani but made him to
lift his pallaki and scolded him. But he did not speak anthing, and smiled,
continued. Raja was again hurt, and scolded him, and said that he will beat
him. Till know he did not speak, Know he said that oh Raja, i am just a soul in
this body and i am not the body so if you beat me it does not going to matter
it is as good as killing a dead body. Raja was stunned with the words and
thought this person is not an ordinary man, and is a Brahma Gyani. Raja jumped
of the pallaki and touched the feet of him and said sorry and forgive me.
I will not fear for anyone but i
fear to only those people who are great Gyanis. He asked one question that, how
did you see it is not me? But you are there. He smiled and said that, Raja if
namamu (Name), roopamu (form) are there then the eye will see the difference
but if those are not there then everything will be same. These 2 things are not
true but the soul inside is always there. These 2 things are the formats of
Maya which will close the eyes and create the desires which will make the life
spoiled. The moment it is identifed that this is maya, one can attain the
mokshamu.So Raja, Manasu is the reason behind it and it has the ability to
spoil the life and also the ability to uplift the life. So identify the truth
and control the Manasu to attain the Mokshamu.
Gruhasthshramamu also helps in achieving
the Mokshamu, it is the Manasu which is giving the result. One should know how
to tackle it and get Mokshamu.
